Family Cook Out

On Sunday, June 5th, Peter and Jeannie had a big cook out for the family.  Peter, Jr, his wife and two kids came, Mark, Jen and their three girls came, Uncle John, Bernadette, and Pudi also came.  Now I haven’t seen some of these people in 10 years.  Time just marches on.

My cousin, Bernadette.  She has naturally curly hair.  She has never had it straightened before.  She just had it done this week.  I think I like her better with curly hair.

My sister, Pudi, with Buddy in the background.

Jeannie and her oldest, Peter.

Bernadette, again.

Peter, moving fast.

Peter bar b qued baby back ribs on the grill.  Yummy!!!  We had mom’s potato salad, fresh fruit, lots of Italian appetizers (love those olives) and beer, wine and soft drinks.  You couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Mother and son.  Peter drinking and Jeannie eating.

Godmother, Godson, and sister

Could not believe that Pudi was afraid of Mikey.  She just couldn’t stand for him to be near her.  He is just so adorable, I can’t understand it.

Would you believe this cake?

Closer look of the cake.  It was to die for.  It was truly amazing!!!

After such a  long day we all couldn’t wait to get to bed.  Buddy was the first one to hit the sack.

We had a very good day and I enjoyed seeing everyone once again.  The kids have really grown up.  I look at them and think that is what I use to be.  Now I am in my parents place.

Blessings.

Relaxing

These are just some pictures of us relaxing at Jeannie’s house.  Peter was relaxing, however, if you know Peter, he can’t sit still for a minute.  As he was sitting, he noticed some weeds that needed to be pulled from his walk.

I’m taking it easy with my favorite friend.

I just love Mikey!

This is Buddy and Peter in front of the house.

Mikey

Peter went out into the yard and Mikey followed.  Mikey is so tiny that the only thing you can see of him is his tail.  If you look closely, you might see just a patch of the top of his head.

This is Mikey in full running mode.  Look how his ears are flying backwards, and his tongue is hanging out.

This is one my best pictures of Mikey.

My man relaxing.

Jeannie sitting for a change.  She goes full speed from morning until night.  I am so thrilled that she is feeling better and almost back to her normal healthy self.

Buddy and Mikey

Buddy loved him some Mikey.

Talking sweetly to Mikey. The dog really loved Buddy.

Cute couple!

I don’t know why, but this is Jeannie’s favorite picture.  She wants me to give her a copy.

Peter not sitting still.

Buddy looking for his buddy, Mikey.

I’ve really missed my sister.  I’m so glad I took the time to visit.

Mikey and I are having a serious conversation.  He is so precious.  I really love that dog.  I call Jeannie every day just to hear him bark in the background.

Ever wonder what I spent the day I was at Tinsel Trading?  I don’t think I’ll ever tell.  You all will think I’m crazy.

Blessing!
