Family Cook Out

On Sunday, June 5th, Peter and Jeannie had a big cook out for the family.  Peter, Jr, his wife and two kids came, Mark, Jen and their three girls came, Uncle John, Bernadette, and Pudi also came.  Now I haven’t seen some of these people in 10 years.  Time just marches on.

My cousin, Bernadette.  She has naturally curly hair.  She has never had it straightened before.  She just had it done this week.  I think I like her better with curly hair.

My sister, Pudi, with Buddy in the background.

Jeannie and her oldest, Peter.

Bernadette, again.

Pudi trying to make a point.

Peter, moving fast.

Pudi and Peter eating.

Peter bar b qued baby back ribs on the grill.  Yummy!!!  We had mom’s potato salad, fresh fruit, lots of Italian appetizers (love those olives) and beer, wine and soft drinks.  You couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Mother and son.  Peter drinking and Jeannie eating.

Bernadette eating.

Godmother, Godson, and sister

Could not believe that Pudi was afraid of Mikey.  She just couldn’t stand for him to be near her.  He is just so adorable, I can’t understand it.

Would you believe this cake?

Closer look of the cake.  It was to die for.  It was truly amazing!!!

After such a  long day we all couldn’t wait to get to bed.  Buddy was the first one to hit the sack.

We had a very good day and I enjoyed seeing everyone once again.  The kids have really grown up.  I look at them and think that is what I use to be.  Now I am in my parents place.

Blessings.

  • Everyone looks so good. The girls look just like Mark and Peter looks just like his mama. Wish I could have been there. Would have loved to catch up.

See you in a few days!
